You know this all so well because you’re one of the BEST doctors I’ve had to date! Customer service is being lost everywhere, but bedside manners are so important when people have to be vulnerable about their medical issues. An atmosphere has to be created for the patient can be totally honest to get the best possible outcome for what is available for their concerns.
